Parents' Area: Opening Times

Parents, pupils and visitors are asked to use the main gates on Marton Road when arriving at or leaving the school. In the interests of safety you are asked not to drive vehicles onto the school site. The rear entrance is strictly for staff, service, emergency and delivery vehicles only and the car park gates will be locked 15 minutes before school starts and finishes. This is to prevent accidents. Crossing patrols operate outside the school and at Scarborough Road roundabout.

School session times are as follows:-

School begins 8.55 a.m. School begins 1.15 p.m. Assembly 9.05 a.m. 

Break 11.00 a.m. and 2.20 p.m.

End of Break time 11.15 a.m. End of Break time 2.30 p.m.

Lunch time 12.15 End of Day 3:30 p.m.

The amount of teaching time each day is 4.45 hours, 23.45 hours per week. This does not include registration and assembly time.
