Football Club
The football club meets after school on a Tuesday for years 3 & 4. It takes place between 3.30 and 4.40 p.m. The teacher in charge is Mr Cox.
The children participate in local primary school tournaments and also enjoy other friendly matches with local schools. There is a wide a range of abilities in the club from complete beginners to children who play for local teams on a regular basis. All have fun participating in a wide range of training activities.
Some of the children from the football club were selected for trials at Scarborough Town last season and one of our girl footballers is now training for Hull City Girls Team.

Last year we had a visit from some of the Coaching staff at Hull City who took 5 sessions called Fit for Football. This involved some football training sessions as well as sessions concerning general fitness and healthy lifestyles. As this was such a success we invited the same Hull City coaching staff to come back and take some more football coaching sessions. This took place in the first half term up to October. This was with the Year 4 & 5's and again proved very successful and popular both with children and the the Football Club has been very popular this year and we are looking forward to another enjoyable year.

All children must wear suitable footwear and shin pads for training and matches.
